series Bigg Boss have quashed the rumours about superstar Salman Khan
being paid Rs 5 crore per episode for the seventh edition of the show.
As per sources, "The makers of the show feel that paying such big
amount is very impractical, unrealistic and impossible."
Salman Khan, who is the face of small screen's most controversial show
Bigg Boss, used to get 2.5 crore per episode, but recently the rumours
that Salman would get 5 crore per episode astonished everyone.
If sources are to be believed then, "Salman's fee is between 2.5 crores and
3 crores per episode. His total fees are around Rs. 45 crore for 20
days of work. Akshay Kumar had got Rs. 1 crore per episode for Master
Chef, which was a record of sorts. Ageee, Salman is a bigger star than
Akshay. But I don't think the figure of Rs. 5 crore for Salman makes
any sense. This is someone's flight of fantasy."
