‘Chennai Express’ Box Office Collection: SRK Beats Salman’s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ Opening Day Record

The bindass news is that Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer
"Chennai Express" (CE) has created
another record at the domestic box office by
grossing more than Salman Khan's "Ek
Tha Tiger" opening day collections.

According to the latest Indian Box-Office Report, Bollywood's King
Khan, Shah Rukh, has now raised the bar at domestic box office with
his latest release. "Chennai Express" has raked in a whopping 33.12
crore on the first day of its release in Indian theaters.

After beating Aamir Khan's "3 Idiots"
paid preview record, "Chennai Express"
has now shattered "Ek Tha Tiger" first day
earning records.

Before the release of "CE", Salman's spy-
thriller had held the record of the highest
first day collection with 32.92 crore.
With 32.12 crore, "Chennai Express" has
shattered all previous records at the
domestic box office.
